Perfect and analytically pure reprocessing of laboratory glassware with the new SlimLine laboratory washers from Miele Professional, now featuring the EasyLoad system: for fast loading and highly efficient use of wash cabinet space.

The new SlimLine laboratory washers from the PLW 7111 series set new standards in performance and user-friendliness. An entirely redesigned washing system boasts considerably better performance compared with the previous model series and, thanks to a variable-speed pump, is able adjust circulation pressure and water consumption to each load.

All reprocessing items are dried efficiently using hot air filtered with a HEPA filter.

A powerful hot air dryer reduces the batch time and facilitates seamless process operations. In particular, reprocessing items with a complex geometry require outstanding drying performance.

Integrated water softener

Clean results

Minerals in tap water can have a negative effect on the processing result. Miele washer-disinfectors are therefore fitted ex works with a water softener which removes the bulk of ions that cause water hardness from the tap water.

Variable-speed pump

The heart of exceptional results and efficiency

The variable-speed pump is at the heart of Miele’s washer-disinfectors. The speed of the pump and thus the wash pressure is adjusted for individual programme blocks – high pressure facilitates the removal of stubborn soiling, while low pressure guarantees complete wetting of the load items. This intelligent technology is particularly efficient in terms of water and energy consumption.

The ambient air drawn in for this process must first pass through a highly effective HEPA filter. Thus the influx of undesirable suspended solids into the wash cabinet is prevented and the load items are protected against recontamination.

Modular load carriers

Versatile load carriers

The versatile load carriers from Miele Professional offer a wide array of possibilities with regard to loading. The load carriers can be flexibly adapted to the load items in just a few steps with a small number of load carriers in combination with some additional modules and inserts. This saves costs as well as space.

The position of the wash levels can be easily adapted to the height of the load items. If only the lower wash level is used, load items with a height up to 630 mm can be reprocessed. The telescopic runners in the wash cabinet make it even easier to load and unload items.

EasyLoad system

Simple loading with EasyLoad

The EasyLoad system makes reprocessing laboratory glassware considerably faster, simpler and more reliable. The biggest benefit afforded by the new system is that load items can be positioned over nozzles both more simply and faster as height adjustment of the holders is no longer necessary thanks to the smart combination of nozzles and holder racks. This makes correct positioning extremely easy.
