Thanks to the high-resolution and precise pH/ mV and “dead-stop” measuring interface, it is possible to determine a wide range of parameters quickly, reliable and accurate.

The TitroLine® 7000 can be used in all industries such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical as well as the food and beverage industry and education. Also well usable for the water and wastewater industry.

The TitroLine® 7000 with has an exceptional high visibility full color graphic display which allows viewing even at extreme angles. The titration curve, but also other information such as ml, pH/mV/µA and temperature are clearly displayed on the display.

The three USB, two RS 232 and Ethernet interfaces makes the TitroLine® 7000 highly communicative. Various USB devices such as printers, barcode readers, keyboards can be connected. Analytical balances, PC and other SI Analytics devices such as the autosampler TW 7200 and other SI Analytics devices can be connected via the RS-232 interfaces. The Ethernet interface allows data to be stored on a directly connected USB stick in PDF and CSV format as well as on shared network directories.

The TitroLine 7000 can be used as a stand-alone instrument but can also be subsequently expanded to a complex system for high sample throughput by adding additional TITRONIC 300 and 500 piston burettes, TitriSoft 3.5/3.5 P software and TW 7200 and TW 7450 sample changers.

The parameters can be customized in each of the up to 50 methods. Through the user/password management, each user can be assigned individual rights. If you need even more methods or want to manage the data on a PC, you can use the PC software TitriSoft 3.5 (TZ 3571) to control the TL 7500 KF. The TitriSoft 3.5P (TZ 3572) comply fully with 21 CFR, Part 11.

Besides the specifications of the instrument series from the general part already mentioned in the introduction and the features of the TITRONIC 500 and TitroLine 5000, the TitroLine 7000 provides more:

As s rule, 10 to 15 user methods are usually sufficient for the most requirements. But sometimes you need a little bit more capacity. The TitroLine 7000 offers storage up to 50 user methods.

Measurement and calibration with the highest accuracy: The wireless recognition automatically recognizes SI Analytics ID electrodes and instantly stores dedicated sensor data eliminating measurement and calibration errors.

Titrations with The Photometric Sensor OptiLine 6

The TitroLine 7000 allows the connection via USB of the new OptiLine 6 photometric sensor. The TitroLine 7000 uses the digital USB input to set thewavelength and other parameters of the photometric sensor.

With OptiLine 6, e.g., the following applications are possible:

  • All complexometric titrations of metals such as calcium, magnesium (total hardness), zinc, copper, etc.
  • All titrations with color indicator, which are prescribed in the Ph.Eur, USP, and further pharmacopeials. These titrations can now be performed automatically.
  • Turbidity of Total Acid or Bases Number (TAN and TBN) using the color indicator method.
  • Determination of carboxyl end groups in polyethylene terephthalate (PET)

Typical application of water/wastewater and environmental analysis:

  • pH-value, alkalinity (“p+m-value”)
  • Permanganate index
  • COD
  • Volatile fatty acids/ Total anorganic carbon (FOS/TAC)
  • Chloride in waste and drinking water
  • Free and total chlorine in drinking and bathing water
  • Ca/Mg- and total hardness
